Another decent shoulder and arm workout today. Was scheduled to be a heavy lift day but I think my wrist needed another day of rest before that.

My right wrist cooperated on arm & shoulder day today. It's still tender and I think it's in the thumb / meaty part of my hand and stabilizing dumbbells exacerbates it so a cable-focused workout today was perfect.
Getting back into a slightly different routine now that I'm back in my home gym. Still figuring out leg day since they don't have a good stable box for weighted step-ups.
Changing gyms is always good opportunity to mix it up though.
Anyway, I did the thing, my right knee was mostly OK with it, and I didn't fall into the pool trying to take this pic.
Just another pic of a beautiful sunny day in Palm Springs.
For the first time in at least a decade I've been keeping track of my workouts rather than just going and doing them and remembering my prior weights and sets/reps (do something for 20+ years and your brain adapts).
Thanks to @UpLiftingApp I now know that every day I lift I move over 10k lbs 😮 🤯
My right shoulder hurts just thinking about it. Although that might be from my heavy lift day today too. 🤷
Last flex pic in this place. Might as well make it a goofy one!
Today's success problem: pull-ups have gotten too easy, inasmuch as I can do 4x8s consistently now.
I need to either put on more weight (yesplease), move to a lat pull-down machine, or get a pull-up belt and figure out how to use it without racking myself in the nuts.
Woke up at 5:30a for no good reason so I got some work done and then my workout in well before my usual time.
Regardless, been a great start to the day!
Decent arm day! I feel like I've got good arm definition when I flex, but I'd like more overall mass in them so they are bigger at rest. I fear after years of trying it's just not how my body is wired though.
Always a bit hard to wrap your mind around inherit limits you're just kinda stuck with.
