Waiting in line for #FranklinBarbecue. We had the pleasure of visiting Franklin #BBQ three times during various MilePoint/#FlyerTalk BBQ Do's in #Austin. This visit we waited in line; two other times we enjoyed private dinners at the store in the evenings. (I think I posted a photo of Aaron Franklin previously.) Back in the early 2010's the #MilePoint forum (along with #Flyertalk which still is going strong with Do's/meetups) had various folks organizing travel meetups around the world. We had the privilege of visiting Franklin BBQ in Austin three times as part of the #BBQ Do's. The first time we waited in line and enjoyed the free beer during the wait. The next two times the organizers setup corporate dinner type meals in the restaurant for the attendees. We treasure those memories. Since we have returned to visit Snows twice along with other spots but have not returned to Franklin's again for some reason.
