Thanks to Dubbo Regional Council for hosting us again at Wellington Caves, Australia.

We'll be underground, continuing our investigation of caves as observatories of groundwater recharge.

UNSW has a field station in the Central West of New South Wales. A former pastoral science property on Wiradjuri country, since 2010 a groundwater research facility. And since last year, an Australian Critical Zone Observatory. It also has spectacular sunrises and a shed of my dreams. I'm just back from there, with some photos in case #fieldworkthursday is a thing.
