SydneyJimHasamibako bune (collapsible boat) used by shinobi during samurai warfare. Bansenshukai - 1676. Written by Fujibayashi Yasutake, a samurai from Iga Province specialising in shinobi no jutsu (ninjutsu). He wrote the volumes to pass on the dying art of shinobi no jutsu to future generations. By the close of the feudal era in 1868, the art of shinobi no jutsu had been forgotten.
