Looks like the Eversense 365 is becoming available.

This is an updated CGM from Eversense with the expected run time of a full year. This one has further improvements over their third gen sensor that it only requires calibration about once weekly, or if accuracy is drifting.

I'm still not sold on this one, but I'm sure it could help some people. Definitely neat to see them improving the technology.

It's worth noting that many docs dislike Eversense for various reasons.
