I went and did it. Anodized my Ensso Bolt. Used borax solution and 3 9volts. The different in the blues between parts is texture of the finish. Smooth means vibrant color. Also pictured is my wife's pen for comparison. She may do her pen sometime too.
Rinsed in tap [Usonian: faucet] water.
Fully disassembled.
Soaked in distilled water with a splash of isopropyl alcohol.
Soaked and vibrated in an ultrasonic cleaner with distilled water.
Air dried.
Lubricated with grease included with the TSBI VAC700.
Reassembled.
Inked.
Pens: Ensso Piuma (brass), Monteverde Invincia Stealth, TWSBI VAC700.
Inks: TWSBI Black, Diamine Sapphire Blue

I really tried with this pen. I gave it several chances, but after this last time, it still dried up somehow, and I'm not inclined to continue using it. First, let me talk about the good aspects of the pen. * I appreciate Ensso doing something different with a retractable fountain

The Ensso PIUMA has a minimal design with no clip on the cap. The 94 g (3.32 oz) brass edition offered through Massdrop (re-branded as Drop) is a rolling hazard.
The patina - discolouration and stains - from years of contact with the acids, oils and other skin-born substances and air is clearly seen when compared to the product photograph. While my pen is inked with TWSBI black, the Bock nib is painted black, not the unpainted nib pictured in the product photographs.
