JohannesI've modified my #3dprinter so I can use it as a simple #diy #plotter for printing labels onto CDs and DVDs.
The mod is very simple and reversible. All I did was print a box that can hold a pen with a
hole in the bottom so that the pen's tip can protrude out of the box. I then attached it to the print head
assembly via double sided tape and zip ties. To print something I simply insert a #CD labeling pen and push it all the way through and then put a piece of foam on top to hold the pen in place.
