There are Labour run councils like Westminster and Wandsworth who have improved since the last election (with homelessness - although far from perfect). The previous benchmarks set by the conservatives was shambolic.

Lambeth on the other hand, have been a complete and utter shit show for YEARS. I’ve spoken to staff members that would completely agree.
