📉 PISA 2022 revealed a worrying trend: reading scores fell in almost every participating European country — often by the largest drop on record.
In response, the European Commission asked an international team of literacy experts to produce Effective Practices for Literacy Teaching — a research-based guide for policymakers and educators.
