Its last problem (no sound on the right or only when touching certain parts of the circuit) is driving me crazy, but I'll get to the bottom of it 🤔

I am looking for a PMIC to power an ESP8266 with photovoltaic with a small solar cell ca. 2-5V. I had CJMCU-2557 in mind, but it is quite costly. Are there any other suggestions or experiences?

The one moving part in my Linksys home router. i.e. the one part that is likely to fail and need to be replaced. Of course, it's attached to the heat sink with screws from the BOTTOM. And there's no practical way to get the heat sink off. (Too many layers of screws, glue like heatsink compound and electrical connectors at 90° angles.). *grumble* #hamrado #elctronics

Oh, this might not LOOK like much, but this is super confidence inspiring for me. My 24 watt car door lock actuator has enough grunt to kick a bass drum on a really flat battery that's probably barely able to deliver 10 watts.
