Mir ist natürlich klar, dass es viele Themen mit Abstimmungsbedarf gibt und es schwierig ist, da hinterher zu kommen.

Aber der #EECC, aus dem der geänderte Anwendungsbereich von #OTTs hervorgeht, wurde im Dez 2018 verabschiedet. Auch wenn das TTDSG erst im Laufe des letzten Jahres Form angenommen hat, kam das also alles andere als überraschend.
