Seombadi, koreansk vinterselleri. Nu er den høstklar, og kan høstes frem til ind i april. Høsten stoppen, når den milde smag får en bismag, som tager glæden. Men lige nu og den næsten måned er den mild og dejlig, direkte fra friland. Fik en stikling fra Center for Biodiversitet for mange år siden.
Nettet er nødvendigt, da rådyrene elsker min seombadi højt.

Solomon's Seal (Polygonatum multiflorum) in the gable end bed at Rhug. It’s a UK #NativePlants with edible shoots. A proper #edimental with the most beautiful nodding white flowers, a lovely woodland plant.

Showy flowers, edible berries, autumn colour, low maintenance. I love Aronia, this one is 'Brilliant', grows to couple of metres, in a client’s woodland garden.
