so here's the #earDefenders. i took much guidance from a how-to linked below. they're made from some ear defenders i got at a sporting goods store that're aimed at gun people, and even after drilling and cutting a few holes in them, they still block sound prettt well. i had to remake the headband myself to incorporate the wires, hence the plaid and #embroidery. there's a lot i learned and could probably do better next time but this is good.
