Sau khi shutdown SaaS đầu tiên (nền tảng quản lý phòng gym, thu 500€/tháng), tôi nhận ra vấn đề lớn: thanh toán thất bại. Stripe chỉ phục hồi ~15% giao dịch, còn lại bị mất trắng. Tôi đã xây tool tự động gửi email/SMS khi thanh toán lỗi, tích hợp Stripe, tập trung giải quyết "dunning" hiệu quả. Đang chờ duyệt trên Stripe App Marketplace. Bạn dùng cách nào để xử lý thanh toán thất bại? Dùng tool sẵn, custom, hay dựa vào Stripe mặc định?

2/n En route we passed the monument near #Dunning to commemorate Maggie Wall having been burnt as a witch in 1657. It seems the monument is controversial as there is no historical record of Maggie Wall, no proof of her existence & no record of the monument being erected. #witch https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maggie_Wall

Maar wanneer kiest een bosbeheerder waarvoor en wat is het verschil tussen dunning en uitkap Het antwoord op die vraag is ingewikkeld.
