When I featured the high performance Vauxhall Chevette 2300 HS the other day, @Glencoe brought the legendary 1973 Vauxhall Firenza ‘Droop Snoot’ into the conversation - and here it is, basking on the mezzanine level of the #BritishMotorMuseum (silver car). Power came from a tweaked version of the 2.3-litre Vauxhall slant four. Contrast that radical nose with the one fitted to the standard Viva/Magnum on which it was based (yellow car).
