Spent the weekend miter- and tablesawing some plywood and oak boards into a playing table for Heroquest. Had to enlist my wife for some upholstery help when fitting the wool cloth to the plywood. It all worked out pretty well, so now I got a Travelquest, albeit a bit on the heavy side :)

My quest to fully 3D print the Heroquest board from Dragon's Rest is nearing completion! Even managed to do the Shadowmage bossroom. Still lots of magnetizing and painting to be done though. Playing this board will be less crowned than shown, as I've made some additional edge pieces to handle corridor walls (and hide rooms before heroes entering them). #heroquest #dragonsrest #3dprinting
Slowly progressing on 3d printing the Dragon's Rest board for Heroquest. Walls for quarter 3 is finally printed and magnetized. Just needs a bit of paint. Next up is converting 3d objects for resin printing.

After some 3D printing fatigue creating the Heroquest board from Dragon's Rest it's time to return! Floor tiles and half of the walls are now printed, magnetized and on way to be painted. #heroquest #dragonsrest #3dprinting

Making progress on 3d printing The Dragons Rest tiles for Heroquest. Very few resin misprints now after proper preparations, only to discover a couple of polarity issues after gluing on magnets :)

After plenty trial and error I finally made progress 3d printing room 1-1 of the excellent Dragon's Rest dungeon map for Heroquest. Walls are magnetised so the rooms and corridors can be built as players progress - or traps activate - throughout the dungeon !

Resin was used for 3d printing the floor and walls. Quite a bit work was put into converting the original tiles for filament printing. Happy to provide details if anyone are interested.

Here are some rough maps showing potential layouts for my #dungeon23 connector elevator thingy The Throat of the Dragon. The intent is to allow pieces to be added from other dungeons complete or incomplete as well as adding hundreds of rooms with places to tie into the further campaign the GM/DM has. The pictures provide 15 sample room maps roughly laid out for a : #lab, #dragonsrest, #warroom, #planetarium, #gardens #warrens, #marshlands and more plus some incomplete areas.

Today's #dnd craft day includes pouring #resin for the #underDark #terrain and building out some verticality with platforms and stairs
