#Fanfiction writers, do you ever put any kind of 'Don't like, don't read' disclaimer on your works?

(Please boost for visibility, if you can!)

Even if you are not on blorbo.social, but have a fandom account, this short post about tagging and wrapping your posts is worth reading. It contains examples on how to make your CWs informative enough so that people know what to expect when they open it to see more.

If your CW is only “NSFW”, that’s like tagging your fanfic as “dead dove” but not adding any of the tags that tell what sort of dead dove it is.

For me this is quite the take on #AI. #DLDR version the ancient Greeks didn't have to do knowing stuff, as there was little to know, which gave us Pythagoras, Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Herodotus and Euclid. AI meaning we don't need to know stuff is therefore good and exciting opportunity....

Me, I wonder how all those other Greeks and the Slaves around at the time felt about all this? Because that's role most of us potentially get to play in the brave new AI future!

I haven’t checked #twitter in almost two weeks, and it’s most liberating feeling ever. I’m so #grateful for this space. For the first time in over eight months, I can create the #nsfw and #guro content that I’ve desperately wanted, but never made due to the anti and cancel culture that runs rampant on the bird app. It’s like being back in those old #fandom spaces where #squick and #DLDR ruled the land, and not the court of twitter. 💚🐙💜

#Proship: A term primarily used in fandom spaces. It is used to describe someone who respects others for their fictional pairings regardless of their own feeling toward said pairing. People who identify themselves as proship (aka proshippers) may use the emoji combo 🌈 + 🍖 (Which originated in the #Hannibal-NBC fandom) to indicate to others that they are proship.
