- Do games need more accessibility options? Yes. You basically reach more public with that.
- Do games should play _your way_? No.

It should be noted that we are headed into general-election season and the primary motivation of Sunak & Co. will be to "lay traps" for the opposition, leverage culture wars and play other tedious political games rather than develop serious policy around diagnosis and support for people with disabilities and long term and serious illness.
