Fantastic Four 17 - May 9, 1963

It's not often I encounter a Silver Age issue with a signature, let alone one from an Inker. But I found this gem at Dreadnought Comics today, signed by Dick Ayers, whom I was not familiar with until today. Co-creator of the first Ghost Rider (which was a cowboy series) and Inked for some guy called Jack Kirby (who I will go on about in length if asked).

Can't sleep again, so I'm continuing to reread early Avengers comics. The stories are okay. I am really getting more out of Don Heck's art this time through. #comicbooks #Avengers #IronMan #CaptainAmerica #Thor #Wasp #SpiderMan #GiantMan #StanLee #DonHeck #DickAyers
