I use geneweb on Linux. I have gramps because it seems better supported, but have not yet switched to it. I use WikiTree more than Ancestry.
Ancestry dot com can export or import GEDCOM. GEDCOM is standard invented by familysearch dot com and works with most genealogy software.

I use #DebianLinux and macOS. Since I retired, I do not do Windows.
FamilySearch and WikiTree are cost free with login. I do not understand Ocaml to risk exposure to internet.
StefInPAprès avoir viré O365 pour #Nextcloud (bientôt 2 ans 🎂) puis W11 pour #DebianLinux (3 mois 🎉 ), il ne me reste plus qu'à virer #whatsapp Je balance entre #matrix et #xmpp. Pour moi Matrix c'est la facilité de gestion des appareils multiples ❤️ (avec sa clé de chiffrement) mais un peu le f**toir dans les clients (Element vs Element-X) et pas (encore) vraiment un standard (enfin je crois) 🫤 alors que xmpp c'est normalisé, plus ancien (donc rodé), plus interopérable (si antitrust US coupe WhatsApp de Meta, avec retour de Whatsapp à xmpp - on peut rêver !) mais la gestion avec plusieurs appareils plus casse-gueule 🤕. Vous avez choisi/choisiriez quoi vous ? 🙏
