Striking a balance when it comes to Users and Support is a constant dilemma. On the one hand, you'll often hear a support team moan: "Oh, for gods sake! Why can't these people just Google it and sort it out themselves!" but then with the next breath you'll hear the support team exclaim: "What is it with these people! They've got to mess, haven't they!"

I'm heartbroken. My best friend is losing her beautiful pup and I don't know what to do. I would start a crowdfund so that she can still have a companion in the future and cover any vet bills from this and for her future companion, but the Canadian government is so awful to disabled people that if we crowdfund she might lose her PWD benefits. I sometimes hate this fucking country.
