My wife and I gave up flying about a decade ago. However, to quench the longing for exotic places, we allow some exotic plants in our garden. We monitor lists of invasive species of the EU and Switzerland though.

So far, #CyclamenCoum, #EucalyptusGunii (in pot) and #Sarracenia (in special bog bed) are doing well this winter and provide some colour in grey weather.
The trend for the coming 14 days says -10°C (14 °F) at night and more snow though. A winter like in my childhood.
