This has (re)opened a can of worms for me over digital book management. Having owned over the years a kindle and now a kobo. Calibre does a good job making ACSM books I’ve purchased available to me on my computer. It’ll be fun optimising them for the #xteinkx4

Na menu głównym wybierasz „File Transfer”, potem „Join a Network” i łączy się do ostatnio używanej sieci WiFi i tworzy na urządzeniu hosta z panelem zarządzania. W przeglądarce w komputerze czy telefonie łączysz się z „crosspoint.local” albo adresem IP urządzenia i możesz wygodnie zarządzać pamięcią urządzenia, wysyłać i usuwać pliki, nawet zmieniać wszystkie ustawienia urządzenia.
To jest genialne. Znacznie szybsze i wygodniejsze niż zarządzanie pamięcią i wysyłanie plików do innych czytników. #Xteink #CrossPoint #Kindle #PocketBook #UX

Simon Roy Hughes 🧌 ⬋⬋⬋Serious shortcoming, one I hope will be overcome in an update to the #Crosspoint OS: I have an omnibus edition of the Narnia books. The #XTeInk X4 cannot navigate to, say, the fifth book; I have to click through books 1–4 first. Otherwise, I read the Han Solo book (pictured above) very comfortably and quickly on the device.
