lock in queers, grab your friends (queer and otherwise), pick out your best Pride and Halloween inspired outfit, and COME PARTY π The Lavender Room has been around for FOUR YEARS, and we want to celebrateβ¦ BIG. weβre grabbing a bunch of our Lav Room Pals weβve worked with over the years, and taking over our favorite spot, @amysplacebuffalo for the WHOLE DAY! Plus, itβs @jareccurtis bday and sheβs a bit of a maximalist. π§·
Join us from 1pm - 12:30am on Saturday, October 4th as we celebrate with 3 stages across Buffaloβs DIY home - a Coffeehouse Stage for singer songwriters, indie bands, & rappers at Caffe @ Amyβs, a big Pink & Black style punk show all day at Area 54, with a Pride x Halloween costume contest, and a FREE community block party in the back parking lot all day, complete with drag, DJs, vendors and community organizations, FREE arts and crafts, zine making, and tie dye - the Mickey and Jordan Community Block. π Indoor entry is $15 pay what you can, outdoor entry is free, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds ALL DAY. π«β€οΈβπ₯π―ββοΈ
