I just want to start sharing here some of my #vegan recipes, and in this case is a refreshing juice:

Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple (peeled)
- a handful of cherries (unpitted)
- ginger to taste (a small chunck is usually enough if its taste is too much for you)
- 1/2 lime (I didn’t even peeled it)
- a couple of leaves of basil

The how-to:
I used a cold pressed juicer, but if you don’t have one, a traditional juicer is fine, or even a blender, but in this last case you should strain the juice to extract the huge amount of pulp (and can also keep it for later 😉)
