Dear fellow #CRM users (who also dislike #AI interference).

I used to love using #ClickUp, but since v4.0 rolled out and over and all over the place in March it has become unwieldly and tremendously frustrating (slow to load, the UI makes less sense than ever, why on earth is there a search field that is really a button to open a pop-up, etc.)

What open source, or non-AI alternatives are you using? I am really wanting a different and lighter experience.

Whether it's smart remains to be seen. What's certain: more companies will stop alluding to "AI efficiencies" and start advertising "AI = fewer FTEs" as *the* strength signal.

Heard about the #ClickUp layoffs and that this was done without notice, probably with them knowing only when their accesses were revoked.

Thoughts: Damn this CEO is a fucking asshole. Also quite worried hearing about AI agents everywhere, are investors jerking off in the same room?
