MichaelLast night, my wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary by attending a cooking experience with #clarenash near #kinsale . She is famous locally for running the Nash 19 restaurant in #cork city center for 30 years.
During our time with her, she taught us how to bake our own Irish soda bread, make dishes with local ingredients, and explained how the food we were eating reflected Irish history.
We had a great time, and the food was absolutely delicious 😋
