The domains below are open registration, and are hosting numerous spam accounts including a large number of the pro-Russian spam that we have been monitoring since late last year.
We are still waiting on responses from the relevant admins, and these domains are not being added to the AUD list at this time.
We recommend a mute, limit, or otherwise diminishing federation with these accounts in the meantime.

Meta restructure son rapport (désormais semestriel) et le centre sur quatre piliers de défense (défenses de plateforme, autonomisation des utilisateurs, disruption/dissuasion, coopération intersectorielle). Le document couvre trois axes majeurs : Fraud & Scams, Coordinated Inauthentic Behavior (CIB) et menaces adverses liées à l’IA, avec études de cas, TTPs et partage d’indicateurs via GitHub. • Fraude et scams (Fraud Attack Chain) 🧵 Modèle en 5 phases : Build Infrastructure, Prepare Digital Assets, Engage, Execute, Clean Up (avec points d’intervention distincts pour plateformes, télécoms, hébergeurs, banques et forces de l’ordre). Nouvelles protections : détection avancée de scams dans Messenger, avertissements de partage d’écran WhatsApp, reconnaissance faciale anti-impersonation (≈500 000 personnalités protégées, -22% de signalements d’annonces « celeb-bait » au S1 2025). As part of the ongoing monitoring of a coordinated Russian spam campaign, we have identified a number of open registration servers that are either unwilling to act on known spam and coordinated inauthentic behaviour; or are clearly abandoned.

A Russian network creating hundreds of accounts on >150 servers remains active, constituting coordinated inauthentic behaviour, and spam.
We are directly contacting affected services, but all admins should check for new accounts that match the indicators.
