After it's success in the Indian Capital, Delhi, Veerji Malai Chaap Wale set up their first outlet in Kolkata, here in Salt Lake, AE Block. It's a one of a kind, Pure Veg restaurant, wherein all the dishes revolves around Soybeans. Usually we don't post our homemade food (at least not here and we haven't migrated our food account from Twitter).

But we were quite proud of this one here that @kuraiko and I cooked up for dinner:

Soja Chaap Masala

A #vegetarian #Indian dish, made from Soja #Chaap, which are marinated in yogurt and spices, then then grilled and soaked in a thick, spiced (but not spicy) tomato & chashew cream gravy.
Served with Mater Pulao, spiced rice with peas.
