Very good support (several sensible emails back and forth) but burnin mode cannot be exited so it has to go back for repair.

But! Even after admitting I messed this up by exploring the hidden 'factory menu' using a code I found on the internet, they've decided to do a swap.

So it arrived Monday, I broke it Monday evening and I'll have a brand new replacement Thursday and no charge.

I'm impressed with #celloTV service and products, and have ordered a second one already.

#celloTV have replied already and say there's no way to get out of burnin mode once started!

So they want to collect it, but I've offered to open it up and void the warranty instead if that's an option.

I continue to be impressed, but then I've been using very old TVs until now. Insert an old USB stick and bingo, you can pause live TV, record, play back etc, or view/play what's on the stick (photos, music, movies) though I've only tried recording/pausing so far.

I'm sure you can schedule recording of a programme/series but again not tried yet.

Having learned how to extend text screen timeout to 35s I'm likely to buy another before prices rocket due to the orange idiot wars. #celloTV
