Oops, I messed up my brand new #celloTV

I was looking for how to gain access to the internals and managed to enable the factory menu.

Exploring that, I eventually enabled "burnin mode" and now it's stuck doing that and I can't find a way to get it back to working as a TV. 😊

MODEL: C1924SH V2

If I figure it out I'll edit this t00t. Have emailed Cello customer service so this will be a good test of that too. I'm really impressed with the TV.

#celloTV have replied already and say there's no way to get out of burnin mode once started!

So they want to collect it, but I've offered to open it up and void the warranty instead if that's an option.

Very good support (several sensible emails back and forth) but burnin mode cannot be exited so it has to go back for repair.

But! Even after admitting I messed this up by exploring the hidden 'factory menu' using a code I found on the internet, they've decided to do a swap.

So it arrived Monday, I broke it Monday evening and I'll have a brand new replacement Thursday and no charge.

I'm impressed with #celloTV service and products, and have ordered a second one already.
