After digging a while, ignoring all the suggestions referring me to the chatbot, I do find some more info. Turns out you need to contact their support to learn how much an extra seat for the instrument would cost. I try contacting their support, and turns out their chat support is just the chatbot again. It recommended me to contact the airline's support to get the info I need... 😑
