But turned out Obsidian at least have some settings to customize the UI and turn off the most annoying UI choices. Thank you! Wish more apps let you do that.

And Obsidian, despite me loving the software, pushed an update that changed the UI look and I really don't like the new look.

I don't know why I keep making the mistake of installing app updates when all it usually does is make the apps worse... 🤦‍♂️ I now have an ad banner on youtube (when browsing videos) that I can't seem to get rid off...
