C’è giustamente una sollevazione contro il linciaggio di due intellettuali come Francesco De Gregori e Erri De Luca, i quali hanno pubblicamente assunto posizioni distanti dalle posizioni consuete della sinistra. De Gregori ha sostenuto assai legittimamente che un musicista non è tenuto a pronunciarsi sui temi politici e a schierarsi da una parte, come fa Bruce Springsteen e come fanno molti artisti americani. De Luca invece ha difeso le ragioni del sionismo.
Azione sacrosanta la condanna dei linciaggi. Il problema che io vedo è questo: chi è che ha linciato De Gregori e De Luca? Mi dicono che è stata la sinistra. Per esempio Elly Schlein, o qualche dirigente del Pd? O Fratoianni, o Bonelli? Non mi pare. Mi sembra che neanche Conte abbia detto una parola. Né contro De Gregori né contro De Luca. I giornali di sinistra? Cioè il manifesto o l’Unità? Non ho visto pietre volare da questi pulpiti. Qualcuno si è dichiarato in disaccordo con De Gregori e De Luca? Beh, a me questo sembra legittimo, non credo sia linciaggio. L’unico episodio intollerabile è stata l’esclusione di De Luca dal festival della letteratura di Salerno. Gesto orrendo.
Cambiamo scenario. Ilaria Salis ha chiesto l’abolizione della parata militare. Come fece a suo tempo il presidente Scalfaro. Perché? Perché Ilaria Salis è pacifista e antimilitarista. Come lo erano Aldo Capitini, Primo Mazzolari, don Milani, padre Balducci e tanti altri. Anche questo giornale, prima ancora che la parata si svolgesse, ha avanzato dubbi sullo sfarzo guerresco. Il presidente del Consiglio e molti esponenti della maggioranza di governo si sono scagliati contro Salis. Meloni ha definito le sue dichiarazioni “Indegne e vergognose”. Beh, questo sì che è linciaggio. Non vi sembra?

Teheran ha duramente condannato il raid statunitense e le continue "azioni illegali e ingiustificate". La Repubblica islamica promette di non lasciare queste azioni impunite e il ministro degli Esteri iraniano. Abolfazl Shekarchi, ha chiarito che qualsiasi nuova aggressione riceverà una risposta "molto più severa" destinata a estendersi oltre la regione. La delegazione iraniana a Doha parla di ottimismo e perfino il presidente Masoud Pezeshkian ha dichiarato, nel corso di una telefonata con l'emiro del Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, che Teheran è pronta a raggiungere quello che ha definito "un quadro dignitoso" per porre fine alla guerra e alle attuali tensioni regionali.
Snodo centrale resta l'arricchimento dell'uranio. Il presidente Donald Trump vuole che "venga immediatamente consegnato agli Stati Uniti per essere riportato in patria e distrutto oppure, preferibilmente, in collaborazione e coordinamento con l'Iran, distrutto in loco o in un altro luogo accettabile, con la Commissione per l'Energia Atomica, o suo equivalente, presente come testimone di questo processo e di questo evento".
Il fronte è in aperta evoluzione, mentre dall'altra parte continuano le tensioni in Libano dove l'esercito israeliano ha proseguito i raid contro i terroristi sciiti di Hezbollah e dato il via a operazione di terra anche al di là della linea gialla. "Stiamo intensificando le nostre operazioni - ha detto il premier Benjamin Netanyahu - L'Idf sta operando con forze significative sul terreno e prendendo il controllo di posizioni strategicamente dominanti. Stiamo rafforzando la zona cuscinetto di sicurezza per proteggere le comunità del nord di Israele".
