Plated on King's Agar A and B (pyocyanin and fluorescein ind respectively) and will incubate at 30°C for 24 to 48hrs. Resuspended in LB and then serially diluted in 10x steps to 10,000x. Plated 10uL per dish. Rest stored in back of fridge at 4°C.
