But, it had to end sometime, and now I'm hitting the typical low after the high. It shouldn't last too long, 🤞, but will likely be followed by a mixed episode. So if you see me posting word shit, just ignore until things return to normal.

Daniel ReedersI get it, this is a real issue. When I am 'hypo' (hypomanic—I live with #bipolar2) I post a lot more frequently. I also have much-loved friends who sometimes post trigger-laden content when they are triggered or struggling themselves. I don't want to unfollow or mute them forever, so a seven-day mute that doesn't hide notifications is a completely silent way to take a break from seeing their posts.
