Reminds me of a great line from one of the West Wing episodes, that went something like “Decisions are made by the people who show up” (paraphrased).
In the wake of his wonderful speech at the DNC last night, I want to tell you a story about @adam_kinzinger. The most remarkable thing abou Adam’s speech is that he showed up to give it all. Consider that no other major Republican elected officials did this—not even ones we know for certain understand the dangers of a second Trump presidency.
