In my opinion walking is a poor replacement for cycling but when you have compression bandages from toe to knee and you can't fit into your cycling gear it's the only option. On foot or two wheels the Blueway is a great amenity #kildare #barrowblueway

Our broadband was gone all day and still not back this evening so it was lucky that our club midweek spin on the #barrowblueway was on this evening, 3 of us had the light of the moon to help show us the way. It was cold but with a few layers on, once we were moving it was a lovely night to be out

We're back doing our club midweek spins at night on the #BarrowBlueway, our first was last week during the lovely mild spell we had but there was a definite touch of early winter in the temperatures last night. We're lucky to have such a great facility close to us, more of it is open this year so we have a choice of start points and routes this year.
