40 years ago today, February 22, 1986, the Bangles entered the Top 40 of Billboard’s Hot 100 Singles chart at #39 with “Manic Monday”. It went on to peak at #2 and spent a total of 14 weeks in the Top 40.

It’s been a fun and exciting hobby to collect 45 RPM singles over the years. I bought this one at my favorite record store (sadly, it closed down years ago) and added it to my treasured music collection 4 decades ago.
