"The ( #energy) ministry has been evasive abt unfair contracts w energy producers, especially in relation to #availabilitypayment (AP) costs .. AP was created as a guaranteed incentive for investors to build projects so #Thailand would be spared fr long-term #power shortages. But without #accountability & public scrutiny, it's massively abused, resulting in #excessive #energyreserves. The AP payment is passed on to consumers thru Ft or fuel tariff"
