Devastating news to hear that Adam Selwood has passed away. For those who don't know, Adam was the twin brother of Troy Selwood, who passed away only months ago, and the older brother of Joel and Scott. Adam was a premiership player in 2006 at West Coast. My thoughts are with the entire Selwood family, their friends, and colleagues at this difficult time.

These significant changes to the rules of #GaelicFootball by #GAA look exciting. As an relatively uninformed Australian observer I like them. I also think several of the changes are similar to #AustralianRules football. #AussieRules #AFL

Excellent performance from the Cats today. Though it was very much a top 4 vs. bottom 4 match, they increased the margin at every break & ticked all the boxes. Some selection headaches next week for our big match in Brisbane. GO CATS!
