Bailão is heavily backed by developer money & supports Ford’s waterfront ‘spa’ and the demolition of the iconic Science Centre.
#Toronto has a $9.5 BILLION dollar backlog of what the city calls state-of-good-repair jobs.
"These kinds of things happen when the City artificially constrains revenues & therefore doesn’t have the needed resources to provide services.
This is what the last two Mayors [Ford/Tory] and three City councils have delivered. #Conservative mismanagement and failure.
