I’m teaching my Year 4 students 3D modelling as part of our artist appreciation arts program.

So far we’ve made the donut as a class, they’ll make the rest over the last part of term. #AussieEd

I just knocked this video up as a proof-of-concept this evening.

Perhaps I should do an #introduction since I’m online. I joined a little while back, just before the birds takeover. The world certainly does not need billionaires - our communities fail if a small number of people can become that insanely wealthy. But I digress.

My primary purpose for being on a platform like this is to engage thoughtfully in #aussieed K-12 #education. I’m a Digital Technologies teacher and Head of IT at a school in the Great Southern of Western Australia. My passion is in supporting young people to challenge their thinking and approach problems in new and innovative ways.

Right now I'm also studying my Master of Education by research looking at #minecraft as a platform to support a social constructivist approach in the classroom to support autistic children’s learning.

I’m also here for #auspol and engaging constructively in discussions around politics and policy. Always wanting to learn more and understand different perspectives. I want my thinking to be challenged!

I am looking forward to participating in the community here and building something special with you all.
