works out of the box with Markdown, intuitive use of #JavaScript (if you need it), zero JS per default, you can use frameworks on demand (e.g., #Svelte)

* Hugo
great community, extreeeeemely fast compiler (it's #golang!), comes with tons of community themes > as a developer, you can easily start a blog with Hugo, slap some theme on it, deploy, done
