pashaAlright, I’m going to play the academic hashtag roulette! I’m a scholar of South Asian + Islamicate verbal arts especially interested in the #qissa + #dastan genres & #qissakhwani. The #ghazal & #masnawi forms are my mainstays but the #shahrashob is cool too. Intertextual theories of #istiqbal #jawabgoi #sariqa are grist for my mill. Writing these days about queer figures like the #amrad #luti #khunsa (no not kundalini yoga, Mastodon). Okay! Let’s see how many of these tags lead me anywhere
