Alors que l’affiliation au contrat obligatoire en santé se termine pour les actives et les actifs,l’adhésion au contrat collectif en prévoyance se profile dans des conditions déplorables. Le calendrier imposé par le ministère, qui n’autorise pas le groupement MGEN-MAGE-CNP à communiquer sur ce contrat avant le mois de mars, et la modalité retenue par la MGEN d’obliger les personnels à passer par une plateforme téléphonique, laissent présager des difficultés inacceptables,véritables freins à l’adhésion.
