I have been visualizing having a simplified, focused, and joyful day at the beginning of the morning. Since visualization works better for me than pure prep talk, Visualization works with my emotions and subconscious and it helps me handle the shorter days.

That's why I write down what are the top 3 things I need to do today to accommodate my brain. That is all my brain can hold and that's okay.
