If you are looking for interesting #anime to watch and like #cyberpunk & #dystopia but also like stuff like #adventuretime & #stevenuniverse , you may like #yureideco. It is awfully bright and chipper despite underlying themes. The aesthetic is the perfect escape from early cyberpunk aesthetics that relied on overly fetishized barely clothed or latex clad young female bodies.

Has anyone watched #YureiDeco? I like some aspects of it a lot, like the central theme of information, and a society which is based on social media "likes" as a social and economic credit score of sorts. However in practice I find it tedious to watch. I think it's a combination of the episodic structure which tends to ignore the more interesting plot elements, and fairly shallow characters. I'm thinking back to #DennouCoil, trying to remember what worked so well for that one
