#Kyiv said goodbye to sisters #Liubava and #Vira_Yakovlieva, 12 and 17, killed by the #Russian attack on #Kyiv on May 14.
Their dad, #Yevhen, died defending #Ukraine in 2023.
Dozens of the girls' friends and teachers, and dad's brothers-in-arms came to the funeral.

#Ukrainians in the #Czech_Republic raised almost $19 000 for a prosthesis for a war veteran choreographer.
#Yevhen_Skripnichuk lost his leg while performing a combat mission in #Chasiv_Yar, #Donetsk region. Before the war in #Ukraine, the man taught children and trained adults in a club of sports and ballroom choreography.

#Anastasiia_Kravchuk, a combat medic of the #68th_Jaeger Brigade, with the call sign "#Lavanda" ("#Lavender"), died at the front. Her husband, #Yevhen, has been in #Russian captivity for three years.
#Lavanda has devoted her life to medicine, volunteering, and war. #Anastasiia also delivered humanitarian aid to the de-occupied territories, in particular to #Kherson, after the #Russian army blew up the #Kakhovka_Reservoir dam.
