Do you use frozen competent yeast cells for PCR-mediated integrations? What protocol do you use?

I'm thinking that this might save my lab a lot of time if they work reliably.

Hey Yeast people who don't do crosses,

how do you do multiple tags/deletions? We're working with two genes that are too close to one another to get double mutants by crossing. So we're trying to delete gene A in a strain where we've deleted gene B. Our Gene A amplicon keeps replacing the deletion cassette in gene B.
